Due to increasing demand from industry, a high speed version of our Automatic Bag Slitter has been developed in order to meet the requirements of high material throughput operations.

Special Features:

• The slitter has a handling capacity of up to 2700 bags/hour.

• The unit uses shred-free rotary blades specialy designed to operate at high speeds.

• The high speed slitter is designed to recieve and automatically slit bags of varying weights ranging from 25-150 lbs. The machine is designed to handle all types of bags and sacks including multi-ply paper with plastic or metal foil inner liners. In addition, the bags can be delivered to the unit in any direction.

• Bags are automatically slit, the product is discharged and the empty bags are cleaned and compacted via an empty bag compactor.

• The product passes through a vibrating screen and is made ready to be conveyed via an optional Luxme tubular chain conveying unit or pneumatic conveying.

• Empty bag compaction rate of 10 to 15 bags per foot of disposal waste bag.

• Manufactured in compliance with O.S.H.A., A.N.S.I., N.E.C. equipment standards using North American parts and hardware.

• High speed Food Grade slitters are fabricated out of polished stainless steel with high purity standards.

• Optional integral dust collector with fan for the de-dusting of airborne dust contained inside the machine and discharged in the slitter's hopper.
